Annual closed season in AC for the species in Annex II: dourada, piraíba, pirapitinga, caparari, aruanã, jaraqui, mapará, sardine, matrinxã and pacu. On the Acre River, the closed season applies to all species (IN IBAMA 205/2008).

Nov 15 – Mar 15 · no fishing in rivers
In the Acre river and its tributaries, closed season from Nov 15 to Mar 15 for all species (IN Ibama 205/2008). In the Abunã river and its tributaries, in the same period, the catching, transport and sale of surubim, mandubé, barba-chata and piau are prohibited.
